I agree. Like I said, at this point, the only thing I'd love to see come out of this are clips/episodes of Suncoast Digest and related media with Christine doing her job/what she loved.

I dont know if I would watch anything other than what you listed. I would like to have some confirmation of the audio, but I think it’s pretty much settled that it’s real. Some clips of her show would definitely be great.
I am in the process of receiving more WXLT recordings. Will keep updating.
That’s excellent. We will be patiently awaiting. I know I will. Ever since I learned of this, I have been interested in learning more about Christine, just to disappointedly find footage is scarce (putting it mildly).
Hello, all. I hope everyone is well this morning (or whatever time it is in wherever you may be in the world.) I wanted to get something off my chest. I just wanted to apologize for my flippant attitude toward the concerns of CarbonFreeze and others with the media being discussed. I want to make it clear that it wasn’t that I had absolutely no reservations contacting Sally Quinn, as I went back and forth with it in my head for a while before I did it. After thinking about it, and going over earlier posts in this thread, I realize I should’ve not done it. I am new to the community, though have always had an interest in (non graphic) lost/rare media, however I am new to commenting on it. To be clear, I was never going to contact anyone directly related to the situation, only the person who viewed the video and wrote the article (which is how I justified doing it as I don’t think they knew each other) but in reading over old comments on this post, I realize 1) how much contacting is frowned upon, even people not directly involved and, 2) it was not right to do regardless. I also want to make clear that I contacted her before I was a member, and had no intentions of bringing any heat down on the community by doing so. Not trying to use that as a justification, as what I did was 100% wrong and I take full responsibility, no excuses.
Also, to be clear, I have very little interest this media being found for any curiosity of my own. I want it known, that I am not the kind of person who likes to watch morbid/graphic real life videos. I can’t even bring myself to watch Budd Dwyer. I can barely look at crime scene photos without it creeping me/grossing me out. My curiosity was purely wanting a confirmation the audio was real, and, I realize even that was not a good reason to ask.
I hope we can move forward from here, and hope this will change everyone’s initial perception/impression of who I am and why I am here. Take care and I look forward to discussing this and other media that pique my/our interests soon.

For my part, while I stand by the principle that reaching out to the people affected by NSFL lost media is not the right course of action, I should not have unloaded on you as vehemently as I did. If you go back through the thread it's just that we've gone thru that same song and dance before and I felt like I needed to shut it down definitively once and for all. I should have been more mindful of the fact that you're an individual who is coming at this for the first time and not an extension of the people who've done unscrupulous things in the name of the CC tape before, so I apologize for that.
Please don't give what happened another thought. I certainly won't hold it against you going forward and Im sure others wont either. It was a misguided decision but it doesn't have to reflect on your overall character and we're happy to have you here.
I noticed when you asked me about the rules that there really isn't a place on the forum stating a code of conduct for me to point you to. So, to some extent, it is indeed a shortcoming of the board itself that you wouldn't know what's frowned upon and what isn't.

You make a very valid point, the forums need a separate rule list. I will get working on one as soon as I can.

There is a video circulating purporting to be the suicide of Christine chubbuck. I have looked at it dozens of times. For saying it is fake. To be honest I'm not so sure. Has anybody else seen this video and what is there analysis?

Yeah, if so, that one is a fake given the TV 40 logo and discrepencies in her words.
