I bit the bullet and asked her myself. Something interesting I noticed in the comments: people seem to ask her questions, she likes their posts, and they make another post acknowledging and thanking her for the answer but I see no post of her responding. Weird.
Likewise, I went to look at the clip again and it says in the description:
Credit to the late Pat Dyer (WA5IYX) for the audio
Well it seems his real name was Patrick J Dyer and he was a "VHF propagation expert" from San Antonio who died in 2017(?) at the age of 69. This would give a legit reason as to why he would have random audio of a broadcast, but I at the moment cannot find a link between him and WXLT. I wonder if he had the audio. I just find the interaction between Sarah and Ataliste to be interesting, but not necessarily correlated I guess.
More than her death footage (that in reality I don't want to see but I'm still curious i guess) I would love to see a full or partial episode from Suncoast Digest. What we really have is only a few seconds from that Kate Plays Christine doc. I know the show wasn't very popular and VHS weren't really a thing in the early 70s, but still there must be some tapes somewhere, probably in the vault of that station. I think the search should go that way in my opinion.

It is more or less confirmed that weatherman Steve Newman has at least one or multiple episodes of Suncoast Digest (part of which was shown in the documentary). That being said he has been absolutely resolute in not releasing more than what has been seen.

And the reason why is laid out quite clearly in Kate Plays Christine: People are only interested in her for the way she died, and not the way she lived.
That being said, some quick digging reveals the show Suncoast Digest begins with her hiring at WXLT in 1971 and even continued for several years after her death, with only a brief hiatus in 1974 immediately following her death.

Exactly. Paradoxically, I feel that not releasing the videos of Suncoast Digest, it kinda becomes impossible to actually bring a bigger context to her life beyond her death. I would be lying if I said I didn't hear of her first in regards to her death, but I do honestly wanna see what she loved to do.

Maybe if you can prove that to them, they'll release some episodes of the show, which itself is basically lost media, ironically.

I don't know if that is possible. Even in the documentary he seemed very resolute, which of course is his right but it is still frustrating. I don't know if there is anything more we can do short of begging lol.
Yeah, that's the weird thing: I can't seem to find a connection between him and Sarasota. It seems like this story just keeps getting more and more confusing.
Let it be known that we expect that you handle this issue tactfully.
Also let it be known that I don't trust a lot of people to handle this issue tactfully.
If this is in reference of me contacting the uploader of the call sign, I merely asked her "Where do you get your videos?". That's the most straightforward I could get haha.
Well, she responded. Her answer? "Research." Can't argue with that.
That's hardly helpful. "Research" doesn't really explain the existence of this audio clip, and her claiming Pat Dyer when Dyer himself never posted any WXLT material to his YT channel is concerning to say the least.

Yeah I really don't know what to say. I don't want to bother her. I feel like if she is aware of the search, I can understand why she is so hesitant to talk about it. I wonder if she knows Ataliste at all. I know they commented on her video of the call sign and she liked the comment, but I don't know if there is anything deeper going on. This is becoming quite the interesting mystery.
