The only thing that I want to know is how the fuck he was able to make such an accurate recreation with only 13k subs and 18 videos.
If the initial subject matter he chose wasn't so morbid, and assuming he did make it himself, I WOULD suggest him turning this whole ordeal into a "Smashified"-type series, where he showcases the process behind realistically recreating various pieces of lost media... I bet that'd gain him some more subs for being an interesting idea, even if people are mad at him at first for hoaxing them (just like the how the real Smashified started!!

That seems fake as fuck lol. If they can't capitalize their "I"s then that bumps down their credibility a ton. Not to mention they act all mysteriousTM about it, and how they can't give any proof or where their source is.

Yeah. That reply should be taken with the biggest pinch of salt possible. I wish that the video would be real, but there's not enough info to confirm (not to mention that it looks sketchy as hell.)

it just looks too distorted and like it was intentionally made scarier to up the creep factor to me. I dont believe for a second it's real. And besides, how would this lone person get it? There's only one copy in the whole world known to exist and that's the master footage kept under lock and key. If he had a copy of the real thing sitting in his attic because his mom or someone taped it back in the day, THAT would have been the whole video. It wouldn't have been buried under this "top 5 XYZ" crap. It would have been CHRISTINE CHUBBUCK FOOTAGE FOUND!!!!! or, perhaps even more likely, he'd have sold it.

And if his mom taped it, it wouldn't have been archival footage with a wide shot, time codes, etc. It's 100% fake. It's like archival footage spliced with a TV broadcast; the technical difficulties screen would've been shown on the broadcast, but not in the archival footage.
