Jesus Christ, this list is pretty dang long. In fact, I decided that, instead of copy-pasting it from a document, I just left the document be and I'll just put a link right here:
I did an article for Garfield: The Lost Levels on the Lost Media Wiki, I hope it gets found.
Cool! One thing to point out about the article you wrote, Catsablanca might've actually been a level within The Lost Levels. There was a cut segment on a train, so that might've been in the Lost Levels.

If you want the RE review intro, you could just ask Caddicarus. He's got no reason to keep hold of it. If enough people ask for it, he might release the little extra footage he has. Edity: Thanks for mentioning the video. Youtube didn't tell me that he had a new one out.

Already asked him on Twitter, never responded. I mean, he's a popular YouTuber who certainly gets a mountain of Twitter notifications and YouTube comments per day, so I can't blame him. Like you said, the fandom would have to make some noise so he knows that the footage is wanted. Maybe an article on the wiki might help, or maybe I could hit him up with an e-mail. Either way, considering how much passion Caddy seemed to put into it, it doesn't deserve to be lost.
Also, you're welcome. YouTube's sub box system has been screwed lately, so it's pretty easy to miss out on content nowadays.

How do you know of a cut segment on the train?
There have been a few reports of this cut segment appearing in promotional material, including the box of the Sega Nomad:

UPDATE: I added a new item to the list, about another video game. I feel like this is going to become a continually updating list, in case I think of/find out about more pieces of lost media.
