The 1966 movie Incubus, starring William Shatner (pre-Star Trek) which was filmed in the Esperanto language, recently came across my mind; since I realized it's a movie that's been available for a long time,
to the point where most people have either forgotten or are unaware of the fact, that it was lost media until 1996.
I'm aware that on this wiki, there is a status category called Pre-LMW, which refers to media that was found before LMW was founded, and I thought that movie would qualify for such a page.
While there are some found pieces of media that are well known for having been lost for some time, what are some examples that you can think of, where you feel a found media's past lost status has been forgotten?
I think the fact that some found media used to be lost, is worth remembering both for the sake of not forgetting how they were lost to begin with, and what led to them eventually being found.
The Michelle Bauer slasher film Terror Night sat unreleased for over a decade after it was finished in 1989 and didn't see any kind of release until Troma picked it up and put it out under the title of Bloody Movie.
Also the 1989 creature film Carnivore was finished in 1989 but for whatever reason sat on the shelf until some random company put it out on DVD in 2000.
