Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe there hasn't been footage of the 2004 Johnny Test for years. Only a screenshot. Well, not anymore, because someone actually posted a 30-second clip of the pilot to Twitter! (Yes, you heard me right.) Here's the link! I also believe he posted a screenshot from said pilot right here. Since the screenshot isn't from the small excerpt, then I think that's safe to say that Mr. FourScore64 at least has a chunk of the pilot.
Contacting him about it, however, might be a problem. I tired DMing him about an unrelated topic (something about a Wii U homebrew exploit) and he never responded. Then again, he has almost 5K followers, so it's easy for him to get overwhelmed by direct messages. Maybe if somebody knew his e-mail or other methods of contact, we can at least convince him to upload the pilot (or whatever he has of it) to YouTube (he does have a YouTube channel, mostly comprised of shitposts). If so, then we'll have another piece of found media on our hands
