I recently saw a thread on here talking about missing Flapjack pilots which reminded me of a Nintendo DS game I had remembered hearing about a while back. I found out about this elusive game through the Flapjack Wikipedia page. I was a tad skeptical at first, but the Wikipedia page claims that it was confirmed by the creator of the show Thurop Van Orman in Spring of 2010. I can not find any proof that Thurop confirmed this game. I would assume it was confirmed in an interview but I can not find it. It says on his official twitter page that he joined in 2009 so I went searching through his twitter to see if by some sorcery he actually confirmed it there, but his twitter's first tweet is from October 22nd, 2013. Perhaps he made his account in 2009, but didn't tweet until then? Idunno, but I guess it's not important. I'm not sure how I can reach out to him, but so far I've sent him a tweet. He also has a deviantart account, but I'm not too familiar with that platform. Can you send messages on there? Another lead is that it was apparently being developed by 1st Playable Productions which is known for developing licensed Nintendo DS games such as Ben 10 and Club Penguin. I will try to contact them about the game. It was also being published by D3Publisher. I have 3 theories about this game. The one that I believe to be true is that it did exist but was probably so early in development that it was probably cancelled before any significant work was even done for the game. They probably just had concept art for the game or something. My second theory is that this game didn't exist and Wikipedia is wrong and all the other sites that have listings for the game thought it was real and they put up their listings. The third theory is that this game is out there somewhere in a near complete state. The last theory honestly has like a 0.1% chance of being real. The final episode of Flapjack aired in August of 2010 and the game was supposedly announced in the Spring of 2010. Wikipedia also states the game was cancelled when the show was so that would only give the game a few months of development and that would support my first theory. Either way I'm moderately intrigued in finding out more information about the game. Any and all leads would help tremendously.
