Around the early 2000’s, (Probably 2001) Cartoon Network tried competing with Nickelodeon Magazine with Cartoon Network Magazine.
Basically, it was this series of issues that have Cartoon Network/Hanna-Barbera/Warner Bros. characters on it, not to mention that the first issue even has a crossover with The Powerpuff Girls and Scooby Doo. I don’t know how many issues they made/what year they stopped making them, but I only found 2 issues, but as images on the internet. One is the PPG/SD crossover, and another one features the KND, with exclusive 3D glasses or something, and yeah.
