Very little gets recorded there now, so this is a somewhat documentable list. Take it as a companion to my earlier Philippine thead (which I've struggled to get content for).
NOTE: For completionist sakes, this list includes titles that are not lost.

Official home video distributors in this market included Odex, IMMG and Poh Kim Video.
* = a title that received a North American home video release with the Singaporean dub.
Heya, Singaporean here. I'm working with someone to release Mirmo's English dub for the second season (Episode 53-104) in that language only rather than the dual-audio nature of these VCDs. Here's a little input on my part.
Alliance Entertainment was the VCD distributor for Digimon Tamers, but their releases were sublicensed by Speedy Video (yes, THE Speedy Video who was responsible for Dragon Ball Z's Malaysian-dubbed movie releases). So that's four on the list: Odex (most of the anime releases), Poh Kim (some anime + toku), IMMG (Yu-Gi-Oh as far as I know, maybe there are more titles) and Alliance Entertainment (Digimon Tamers).
Some of these titles, while aired on TV may never have made it on VCD unfortunately (The Prince of Tennis, Magical Doremi, Pretty Cure Max Heart, Initial D, Detective Conan, Masked Rider Ryuki, it goes on). The ones that were never released seem to be most of the older titles aired on Channel i (which went defunct 2005) whom we can presume owns the rights to these dubs after commissioning them. This can be proven in the sense that Masked Rider Ryuki, despite getting a VCD release here, did not get one in English - but instead Malay imported from Malaysia by TS Video (another video retailer here).
Those that did make it on VCD, you have to be lucky these days to have it come up on our localised version of Craigslist (Carousell) after someone, somewhere bought the VCDs once upon a time and wanted to clear them. Since the medium is pretty much dead after its heyday in the 2000s, however, you might be able to find these for cheap which is the up-side (advantage?). But of those, some were just doomed to have become existent only to become non-existent. The Pretty Cure VCDs, for instance, might have come out at a bad time when Odex was under fire for their actions against illegal downloaders, which is why in some places you get accounts of those VCDs being sold. But chances are not many others would be willing to buy those VCDs (due to the culture here being "it's old, so it sucks") so if you're in the country you might be able to count on getting them if you can find them.
What's the take-away from this post? I...don't know. But it's a bit of extra information for you guys. I do this because these shows made up part of the bulk of a 90s-early 00s born Singaporean childhood on Kids Central, and for it to be lost is like losing a part of you that you never knew existed until one day you realise its importance...somehow. I may have repressed my childhood memories (because they suck), but one thing I won't let is something I know that existed become non-existent like that Coco movie. Thanks for reading.
