I remember a few years ago stumbling across a cartoon on YouTube that was an episode of an educational kids' show about history. In the show's intro, which is the only part I can remember, it showed an animated sequence of a fish crawling up on land, then evolving from a small mammal to an ape to a human, then going through different outfits in history, while the background changed from pyramids to the coliseum to a cathedral. Towards the end of the theme song, the man who had started off as a fish got into a car which then turned into an airplane, then finally a rocket, before the intro ended and the episode began. The theme song was in another language, I think it was in German but I'm not so sure. The cheap, hand-drawn animation style looked like the show had been made in the 1980's, or possibly the early 1990's. If anyone knows what I'm talking about, please notify me.
