According to rumour, Canadian animation company Nelvana allegedly produced an English language pilot for Toei Animation's Fist of the North Star anime. Those that are familiar with the property are probably well aware that it's kind of the anthesis of the children's fare Nelvana would come to be known by. But those familiar with the company's early output will know it wouldn't be too out of line with the Nelvana behind Rock & Rule.
Because this is a rumour, there's no real confirmation is actually existed. As such, no footage. We don't even have a good grasp of when it may have been produced (my guess is late 80s to early 90s given Manga Entertainment picked the show up in the late 90s).
I never thought I'd see the day where I'd see someone mention "Nelvana" and "Fist of the North Star" in a sentence together. If anything, I think it's likely just a rumor at best, since there's not enough evidence to support it.

This seems very out of place. And at the same time... This sounds like something Nelvana would do.
