These shows aired from 2007-2009
I'll list them from most likely to exist to most likely to be dreams.
First was a Live-action show with this art teacher that somehow turned into a easel
Second was this creepy puppet show with a rabbit ringmaster guy
3rd is this weird cartoon documentary with frogs.
If you know what they are, that would be AMAZING!

TIME FOR SOME MORE DETAILS BECAUSE U WANT 'EM!
The first one may have been called "Miss Easel" or something like that and may have been religous as I saw it at sunday school.
The second and third ones were on the same channel
The rabbit ringmaster was actually a magican i just remebred that
The third one was 2D and the frogs may have been anytropormorhic
