I remember watching an educational cartoon in third grade about a Cat who wanted to learn Kung fu in order to impress his friends. It used illustrated stills, and the Cat may have been named Chester. Their were apparently more of these, but I was sick the day they played the others, so I didn't get to see them. I can't remember what the story was trying to teach us.
