The genre is electronic/techno I don't know the title for sure,
hence the difficulty in finding it, but it aligns with "doing it over again" or "repeating"
I do remember the music video it is fully animated (pastel colors) it starts with a figure (Minimal restroom man/woman type) getting up in the morning joining thousands of other figures going into the city going up escalators
into office buildings and into offices and sitting at a computer screen
