Trying to find two shows I slightly remember as a kid

When I was really young I remember seeing two specific shows that I can't seem to find anywhere, I'm not sure they're actually lost and I saw them when I was very young so I only remember some details, for the first show I remember it being some like monster show, I think the type that claim to be of real monsters caught on tape, I vividly remember a scene of a kid going into a basement and getting either grabbed or attacked by a vampire in a coffin and this scared me a lot as a kid, another show I remember is I believe some game show and all I remember is there being a room full of TVs with funny faces on them I also remember the TV screens having different colors on them, I don't think this was some dream either because I remember my mom showing me a ton of TV shows growing up, and it could of been on regular TV but it's possible we actually had cable when I was really young, It's also possible these weren't on TV and that maybe my mom just showed me them, but I did vividly remember seeing them on TV, I'm from the US, and if I had to guess the year I saw the shows, I'd say probably around the late 90's or the early 2000's (like very late 90's, like 99)
