Lost Duke Nukem book: “Duke Nukem does the Internet”

I’ve spent the last 6 or so months looking for this, with very little results. There is a 90’s Duke Nukem book by the title “Duke Nukem does the internet”, though no method to read it being common. The most notable things that are known about it are: Duke mentioning his hatred for Nazis and Nazi sympathizers, and the Dukester showing you how to get on the net. Currently i have found one listing requesting $150 for it, trust me as a huge duke nukem fan i have considered but not even if it’s a completely lost duke nukem book do i want to bite that hefty chew of a price. If anyone knows about some sort of online scans or a PDF please let me know, i’ve come up on all dead ends other than spending a ridiculous amount of money.
