Engines that run on fossil fuels or any kind of fuels that give off anything polluting. It would be a drastic change no doubt, but it is for the better in the long term and it would finally get us to do what we need to do and cut out polluting vehicles, one of the big reasons for increased background noise, some of our health problems, accelerating climate change and global warming.
