I don't know if this counts, but some people have passed off GoAnimate content as real movies, like a few Grounded series and the GoAnimate movie appearing on IMDB, and then there was that one time a GoAnimate LazyTown movie appeared on Amazon Prime Video.
On the topic of IMDB, there's been a lot of non-existent works listed on there. One I remember was that on the pages of various Jewelpet anime (except for Magical Change for some reason), Canadian voice actors were listed as if a dub actually existed, like Shannon-Chan Kent being given the role of Garnet.
