I am not sure. One that came to mind that did make me feel like tearing up slightly was the scene in Forrest Gump where Gump was at Jenny's grave. Another I can think of is Dumbo (The 1941 original).
The anime Air from Kyoto Animation. "The goal...the goal I have been aiming at for a long time" "I did my best...so that's enough now, right?" "Even though lots happened, even though it hurt sometimes or was painful sometimes, I'm glad I tried my hardest!"
Makes me sob EVERY TIME.
Also Makoto Shinkai's Suzume movie: "You're going to meet so many people you love, and they will love you too" <3
Wolf Children movie scene-Snow. If you know, you KNOW. Few scenes in cinema have affected me viscerally and emotionally as much as this one has.
Here is a few I remembered from Pokémon. Since Pokemon was a big part of my childhood, I have so many memories of the Anime since the Dub first aired in 1998 and some moments in it and some of the Anime music gets me sometimes. These three episodes do: "Bye, Bye Butterfree, "Pikachu's Goodbye" and "That's Why the Litten is a Scamp!"
This music from Pokémon Anime:
Tears After The Cloudy Weather
Reunion
Pathos of Nyarth (Meowth)
Song of Jiggypuff
Pokémon the Movie 20 I Choose You Pokémon Theme (Piano):
