1. What if Loona has a twin sister, a twin brother, or both?
2. What if Blitz was a legit business man and ran a multi-billion dollar company?
3. What if Stolas and Stella died while Octavia was still a baby and Blitz had to adopt her and raise her and take care of her?
4. What if Blitz was born in America and became president?
5. What if Stella never married Stolas and wound up joining I.M.P.?
6. What if Blitz and/or Stolas were female and/or had female counterparts?
7. What if Blitz and Verosika had a kid?
8. What if Blitz had a twin brother?
9. What if Blitz was a Goetia bird?
10. What if Blitz was Lucifer's hitman?
11. What if Blitz, Stolas, and Stella were in a 3 way love triangle?
12. What if Moxxie actually had moxy?
13. What if Blitz was a hellhound?
14. What if Charlie had a brother?
15. What if Hell freezes over?
16. What if Stolas adopted Loona?
17. What if Alastor adopted Loona?
18. What if Loona and Octavia were born extremely powerful with unlimited potential?
19. What if Blitz meet Loona's mom and firmed a relationship with her?
20. What if Blitz and Stolas kept their love affair a secret for years and were successful?
21. What if Stolas divorced Stella before having a relationship with Blitz?
What if people knew about the existence of Heaven and Hell and all of the beings that live there?
22. What if the war Between Heaven and Hell never ended and the worlds of Helluvaboss and Hazbin Hotel were more like Warhammer 40k?
23. What if Hell had no class system?
24. What if Striker joined I.M.P.?
25. What if Blitz had a business partner?
26. What if Blitz was a Hell Overlord?
27. What if Asmodeus was dethroned as the prince of lust and Fizzori, Stolas, Blitz or Verosika replaced him and became the new prince or princess of lust?
28. What if Moxxie overthrew and killed Crimson and took over his mafia group?
What if Stolas was the King of the Goetias?
29. What if Chaz was still alive?
30. What if Blitz was a doctor?
31. What if Blitz actually had money?
32. What if Blitz was Moxxie's biological father?
33. What if any of Blitz's old relationships worked out and succeeded and went somewhere?
34. What if characters from Helluvaboss and Hazbin Hotel have different personalities?
35. What if Octavia got emancipated and successfully sued her parents?
36. What if Loona was Octavia's body guard and/or lived with her to keep her company?
37. What if Loona ran her own murder company and it does a lot better than Blitz's company?
38. What if Lucifer was killed and everyone is trying to figure out who did it?
39. What if Blitz, Moxxie, Millie, and Loona all lived at Charlie's hotel?
40. What if Loona and Octavia had boyfriends?
41. What if Helluvaboss and Hazbin Hotel were more like their original pilots.
42. And my personal favorite, What if Loona was part of a large extended family with 15 or more brothers and sisters, along with Blitz, Octavia, Verosika, and other characters having 8,9,10,11,12 or more siblings?
