Are there any TV shows you like which got cancelled? I mentioned this recently on this thread: forums.lostmediawiki.com/thread/17386/general-media-opinion-discussions
There was a time from the 2000s onwards where a lot of TV shows I started to like ended up getting cancelled before concluding, some cancelled on cliff hangers and I have yet to find shows I like that were in the same vein as those shows. Here are some of the shows I remember liking which got cancelled:
1. Dark Angel
2. Star Trek Enterprise - I would have liked a season 5, especially after reading what they potentially had planned for season 5. See: memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Undeveloped_Star_Trek:_Enterprise_episodes Some of the undeveloped storylines for season 5 seemed very interesting and I would have liked to have seen them, including the Borg Queen origins, construction of the first starbase and more Mirror Universe storylines.
3. Odyssey 5 - When this started, my dad told me about it and we watched it together and I liked it and it was getting to the point when we would find out what was going to cause Earth's destruction but it was cancelled and we were left on a cliff hanger.
4. The 4400
5. Dead Like Me
6. Jake 2.0
7. Tru Calling - This was a show I came to like a lot but it was cancelled after 2 seasons with multiple cliff hangers. It was about Tru Davies, working at a city morgue and when a dead body was brought in, they would say "help me" a she is able to relive the same day and has to try and prevent the person from ending up dead. That plot reminded me a bit of Early Edition, except the main character got tomorrows newspaper today and could use it to prevent what happened in the front page headline from happening.
8. The Finder - A Spinoff from the series Bones and I liked the premise of it.
9. Terra Nova
10. The Librarians (at least how it ended was good and it didn't end on a cliff hanger)
11. Stargate Universe - I am a Stargate fan and at first I didn't really like SGU due to the amount of fighting between different people but as time went on and they started to work together it was getting better and I would have liked to have seen more of the show if it hadn't have been cancelled.
12. Todd and the Book of Pure Evil
13. Scrubs: Med School (Scrubs Season 9) - I was a big Scrubs fan and had seen all the episodes since they aired and had Season 1 DVD boxset. With this season, I liked the new setting and wasn't sure about the new cast at first. As the season went on and I got into it more, I began liking the new cast more. I was really hoping they'd make another season or make it into a Spin off from Scrubs but that never happened and this became the last season of Scrubs. The only thing I wasn't keen on was the version of the theme song "Superman" they used, I didn't think it sounded as good as the original.
14. EUReKA
15. Magnum P.I. (2018 series)
