There's a couple of Internet Archive hosts of some bleemed games, here and here (this one's got an impressive 405 games!) but Spiderman 2 isn't one of them sadly.
I'm not very versed on the Dreamcast's community and even less on the bleem! community, but I saw someone on reddit telling another person to ask about bleemed games on the Dreamcast Talk forums.
You should try asking there and see if they're any help
