So, this is what I have found about the block's history in the Benelux region.
I've divided the info from what I've gathered from the remains of the now dead website, Wikipedia and Animesuperhero info.
From the website:
Unfortunately all snapshots of the dutch website are completely broken and its flash functions are completely lost to time, not even a Flash emulator can run anything from the site.
Beware that some of my assumptions may be ignorant/wrong.
The address adultswim.nl didn't exist until October 10, 2007 according to DupliChecker, or September 30, 2007 according to whatsmydns net.
The earliest archives of the site on the Wayback Machine are from June 17, 2008 and it redirected to the UK/Ireland site. It wasn´t localized to Dutch up until probably 2010 or 2011 (the earliest snapshot that's localized to Dutch is from September 24, 2011 but I assume that it probably got localized in 2010).
There are some lost clips from shows like Robot Chicken and others, that had the words adultswim dot nl on the bottom right. I don't know if these videos are from some sort of lost Dutch dub of these shows or are just clips in English subitled to Dutch (image below).
The site was probably active from 2010 up until like 2015 (I could not find any snapshot from 2013-2015), when the site started to redirect to the American version of Adult Swim.
It was ran by the British branch of Turner Broadcasting System Europe Limited, according to the Terms and Conditions and it had its own email that is completely dead (privacy.adultswimnl@turner.com)
According to Wikipedia and Animesuperhero:
The flemish channel Acht (Eight) launched an Adult Swim block in late 2010 up until the release of TNT Benelux in said region on April 10th, 2012, when the block was moved from Acht to the new channel.
Then on January 24th 2013 the channel released in the Netherlands thanks to a deal with KPN back in December 10, 2012. The channel TNT Benelux shut down on January 1, 2014 or December 31, 2013 due to probably not being able to secure deals with Ziggo and UPC (now Ziggo), two of the largest cable operators in the Netherlands.
