Line-Up, which ran from 1954 to 1960, was a TV series adaptation of the radio series of the same name. Its episodes were originally 25-30 minutes long and only 17 of them have turned up on YouTube; there was also a feature film based on the same radio series in 1955. For the last season the runtime was expanded to an hour and a modern police precinct was depicted for the very first time; these episodes have yet to turn up on YouTube. For the TV series, the setting was San Francisco, necessitating the transformation of the Sergeant into a Detective Inspector.
