Back in 2005, I used to watch a weird kids TV show filmed in Atlanta called Mr. Ballooney B and it aired on Black Family Channel (which you know it as Gospel Music Channel and later UP TV).
Only one footage and one full episode were found so far.

But... there was something shocking about one person who was on the show.
