Yes, you read the title correctly. And yes, this is legit.
One of my friends got in contact with a former animator at Huhu Studios (the company that animated VeggieTales from 2009 to 2015), and they sent him a joke animation they did in which Larry the Cucumber and a bunch of other characters dance to the Harlem Shake. Most of the costumes/props are recycled from the episode "Celery Night Fever", and said animator played the clip at the wrap party for the episode as a prank before playing the actual episode.
It needs to be seen to be believed
