Scre4m iOS (iPad version)

I'll add the .ipa to the Scre4m app IA page as soon as IA is back up again. I intended to test it earlier but I had to re-jailbreak my iPad and the sites I usually would use for that have been revoked for the last few weeks, so I had to put unsupported newer macos on my old mac mini to run a different tool to get around that. But I have confirmed it will work on jailbroken iPads up to iOS 9.
