surreal webcomic with weird yellow cats?

There's this webcomic that i can't remember the name of by an artist who i also can't remember the name of. It's a very neat surreal comic that's drawn with an mspaint-ish brush iirc. It takes place in this brightly colored world inhabited by these weird yellow cats with red eyes. Their eyes can be used to make new cats with some other ingredients. It's a multilevel narrative, with it being revealed that it's a cartoon show written by someone to vent. There's fake ad breaks in the comic that foreshadow this. The creator also made a few other comics, like one about a small purple creature who likes cherry soda.
