Was just watching LSuperSonicQ's halloween prop video, and the description of the Rocking Psycho Clown prop reminded me of this mysterious witch prop.
It comes from a video I used to watch as a kid, and it's some filming their house with halloween decor on it. And in the video is some Witch prop laughing on a Rocking chair.
I always wondered what this animatronic was from, but I can't find anything online about them. Video was made around 2012, so it had to have been released around that time.
