Unknown TV show recording I found on my old phone.

It is not from the cartoon, the show and episode has been found and that was not apart of it. I think I remember my older brother who was 17 at the time playing a game while I was watching it. I recently asked him what it was and he couldn't remember, which is expected. He said he was playing a random Japanese visual novel game on his PS2. I was also told by him that he searched his PS2 games and ripped all of them to try to find it in the game files. It was not found in any of the games. Most likely he sold it on somewhere like Ebay to get rid of stuff he doesn't play anymore, like he did to half of them. Oh, and if you're wondering why he was playing Japanese games, he's my half brother with a different mom who is Japanese and they moved to the United States because they couldn't deal with living in Japan anymore. He was taught English too.
