You can both login and upload stuff, the only thing that needs to be fixed is editing the already existing files.

There were two separate attacks-one from a self-proclaimed anti-government group which shut down the wiki for a few hours via a DDOS attack and then there was another attack from a different group who targeted the site's javascript.
