Is MTV’s scarred 3 hour special episode lost media? (NSFW)

So there was this show on MTV in the late 90’s to early 2000’s where they would show really graphic injuries and the after math of them. They would interview the people who got hurt and have them tell their story. At the end of season 2, they aired a “live” 3 hour long episode where a guy drives a motor bike over a shark and gets hurt. But there is like no clips or anything of this. I think one of the host for this 3 hour long episode was one of the guys that was on an earlier episode and I think another celebrity. Any ways people think that this 3 hour long episode caused the show to be canceled because it costed a lot of money and ended up not being that exciting. Idk much about the actual episode but I can’t find nothing about it.
