I found this screenshot of what appears to be a red star character in a Tarzan outfit running through the jungle in a very old "Totally Looks Like" meme that compares him to Patrick Star from SpongeBob SquarePants.

However, I can't find where this character came from. It looks like he either came from a TV show or a commercial.

Does anyone know where this image is from?

UPDATE: The user somebody32 revealed this character came from a series of animated commercials for a German magazine called TV Movie. The series was called "Starmovies". The meme does state "Early 90's Tarzan Star" also this doesn't belong here it belongs in Unidentified media section

Putting the image into TinEye led me to a portfolio for a Dutch comics/animation company, but the result was apparently deleted. So I put the link into the Wayback Machine and got this page. It seems to be broken, unfortunately, but on the side of the page are image thumbnails, and the Tarzan star is one of them, along with presumably another of the star in non-Tarzan attire.

this (commercial) character is called Moviestar,
and was developed by ComicHouse for TV Movie,
a German TV Magazine at the time.
the date on the magazine (with Cindy Crawford on the front) is 1993,
i checked this by the fact that it says "Newer TV Sender" VOX.
which started in Germany in 1993.
