[S] Unknown Music Box Song From an Instagram Post

Hello, I was wondering if anyone here could help me identify this song I heard from an instagram post from 13 weeks ago? The person did not list the song anywhere, it is labeled as an original audio, they haven't answered anyone who asked what the song was, and Shazam nor the YouTube Copyright system can detect what it is.
