In the year 2001, the company MEGA released a Pump It Up themed Sega Genesis clone that came bundled with an exclusive port of Pump It Up THE FUSION: 3RD Dance Floor which was previously PC-exclusive and only released in South Korea as well as the console. The console itself is practically just a Genesis 3 in a PlayStation shell with a sticker saying "PUMP IT UP" on it, even down to the point that the "PRODUCED BY OR UNDER LICENSE BY SEGA ENTERPRISES" string is still there. Even though the system neither the game is licensed by Sega. Though they are actually licensed by Andamiro. The game itself was apparently been dumped, but it seems to of became lost, or likely wasn't dumped at all. It also uses a port on the cartridge for sound similar to other bootleg dance games like Mix Party 3 and won't run without a mat being connected.

Bump
It seems like the port may of had been developed by Mega & Game (Unrelated to MEGA) who made the PC ports of Pump It Up. Mainly due to it's quality being surprisingly good for what it is.

There also used to be this ebay listing for it www.ebay.com/itm/155060451308 that notably doesn't come with the original pad, but instead one by TecToy for one of their systems
