For a lot of us it’s the scary representation or the art style of certain media. It would be awesome to see some of your art based on old lost or found media or to hear what you like about the artistic aspects of said subjects. Here’s some of my work.
No offence, but are Zoomers just afraid of everything?
It seems that there is a segment of their generation that doesn’t have the understanding that certain things are not serious and are simply representations of ideas. A theory claims that it’s due to over protective parents who developed stress disorders after 9/11. Unable or not guided properly, they became extremely over cautious and over protective because they had no proper methods to reason out a sensible future. Their trust in a safe environment in the future was shaken and they passed that insecurity on to their children. Also the number of children born with autism increased significantly in gen z and they tend to be rather sensitive to various stimuli and imagery. Or so I’ve been told. As a kid, I myself am early end gen x, I can remember my parents talking about how certain commercials were scaring very young children. People complained and enough wrote letters or even called the stations who were quick to act and rescheduled those commercials for hours past children’s bedtimes. Basically after 9-10:00 pm. With the advent of the internet people are able to complain on mass and companies are more than willing to comply.

This is off-topic to OP and feels inflammatory on purpose.
It's not "off topic" considering it's right there in "scary representation of the art style of certain media." It comes across as people of a younger generation being perpetually afraid of a VHS tape, and it seems to be endemic amongst that generation for whatever reason.

OP is asking for art and also shared their art, and all you did was complain about a younger generation. You could at least acknowledge OP's art.
Edit: They're also asking for conversation in an artistic nature, what you said was just a random generalization that held very little connection to the subject at hand if any, and good on OP for entertaining it, but try harder in your responses.

The art seems to have with a movement known as "analog horror" which has to do with those of a younger generation seeming weirdly afraid of a lot of things. It did seem to have connection to the subject at hand as a lot of people seem to be scared or otherwise weirded out by a lot of media that's popularly called "lost."

I'm a very visual person and I've been meaning to draw to the best of what I can recall. The whole "Name That Trauma!" segment on the Kindertrauma site looks like it can be such a big help because I know I'm not the only one who has seen some stuff that has haunted me for a good while.
