2016 Emerald point and click game?

So, my friend is looking for this game she gave me a fair amount of detail. She says she played it on her iPad when she was about 10. She says it's a realistic looking game. The cover featured a girl possibly in a cloak with an emerald necklace. The game starts out with a car wreck and she ends up running through the woods into this town that's abandoned it's first person and you tap on stuff to make her move. When you're in the town there's this bloody man that disappears. There is a clock and something happens when it goes off. There's a car and you have to find batteries and gaseline for it. This is what she remembers. I've never played this game but the cover sounds familiar to me.
