Strange videogame developer called Cobra fridge

ok so this is weird, i found a developer that supposedly developed garfield: pookie quest there name is Cobra fridge LLC
and i cannot find anything about this dev team... i searched in wikipedia and the wayback machine but came out empty handed so 
if anyone has any information about this it would be appreciated. links i found:
