I believe I have many eps recorded off Fox Family on VHS at my parents' house. Used to watch this show regularly and remember taping it. Most likely I didn't record the non-Mr Bill segments (Jeremy Beadle, Mr Bean, etc) to save space. Next time I go over there I will see if I can find them. I'm almost certain these tapes exist and just need transferring.
