saw this music video in a jcpenny TV or maybe sears. Music video: blonde guy with long hair to his shoulders (may have had a combover) wearing a suit is holding a bouquet of roses and trying to get a girl to go out with him (never see her face). The lyrics I remember distinctly as something along the lines of "baby I need you to understand that I really, really want to hold your hand." There were two African American women in front of a mike singing the chotus as well. This was anywhere between 2005-2009. I think it might have been a one hit wonder. Guy in the video looked like Larry from Newhart
