I had seen this weird PSA in the years between 2010 and 2013 where it was in a blue room with shelfs in the background with this fat guy talking about how Toys are corrupting the youth or something like that, he wasn't even talking about a specific ToyLine he was just talking about Toys in general being bad for kids. I had seen this on YouTube as an ad before a Nerf blaster review or something like that.

this stupid PSA had stuck with me through my entire life and I brought it up jokenly with a friend and i could not find it,

While you guys are looking for that goofy Brazilian Yugioh news brodcast where they had a MTG card as an example of the "Satanic" cardboard rectangles, I am trying to find this goofy anti-toy PSA to laugh at with a friend.

it was American, I haven't thought about it being a joke or parody but it kinda makes sense, but after all there are some actual wingnuts like this so there is a possibility it isn't a joke.
