Lost Mobile Game (around 2017-2018)

This is supposed to be in Unidentified Media, not Lost Media. You clearly haven't identified what it is.

I think it's definitely lost media, I tried reverse Google images the picture, and I cannot find anything, not even a single post mentioning it.

I check on both Apple App Store and Google Play Store but no luck, I also tried Google Lens but also no luck and there are no gameplay or even a single picture online, the only thing that resurface is the icon (probably) from an APK hosting site.

So, doing a reverse image search, I was able to find the apk hosting site you previously mentioned, and almost everything is in Chinese.  I was able to snag a few screenshots from it, though, but using Google Lens with those just turns up a lot more of those generic mobile games that are clearly made in Unity for a quick buck.

Translating the page, the game is referred to as "Crazy Snacks" or "Snack Crazy", which ultimately returned nothing, though it keeps thinking I mean "Crazy Snakes", for some reason.

The site also claims the devs are Ada Games, and while there is an Ada Games Studios that makes "no budget games", as I call them, this particular one isn't mentioned on any official sites of theirs, nor any mobile storefronts.
The apk hosting sites lists two other apps supposedly made by them, "007 Text Encryption" and "Daily Essays", which are very unrelated to the game and are much older.  It also claims that "Crazy Snacks" was made in 2022, which doesn't line up with your story.

Edit: Yes, the screenshots are webp files, and if I tried to save them as png files, the forum just outright rejected them, so this is what you're getting.
