I found a lost game but it doesn't fully work and read right

I ended up finding a lost Nintendo game. A while ago, I thought there was 0 copies left, but as I said, I actually ended up finding one. At a specific level in World 2, the disc will not read anymore unless you eject the disc and put it back in, all you can really do is play the levels that happened before it. The disc is squeaky clean with no scratches as well. Is the rest of the game truly lost forever now?? Or is the entire game going to be lost forever soon since I can't rip it due to there probably being errors?? I need help on ripping/extracting it. I have a video evidence of the error occurring too. Also after this error started showing up, it has been showing a weird boot selector thing on my Wii U.
