So, I'm searching for this game for a LONG time. And all the search I've made always took me in a dead-end.
I established an absurd hiatus in the search 'cause adulthood and stuff, ended up me losing my hope to find this game.
But! Here I am trying to see if maybe what I’m really needing is an extra help in my search. Any help is extremely welcome :'o)
Basically this game I used to play on my Windows XP back in my childhood. I recounted it being very primitive-looking - like those early 3d 'nice graphics' computer games, eye-catching and cartoony. It wasn't some licensed game based on a cartoon or whatever though, possibly was just an original game from scratch. I don't remember how I got this game, but it was already in my computer as an .EXE file, although I have a suspicion I acquired the game through a CD ROM Shareware (Digerati) since at that time, me and my family didn't have good internet access.

Lastly, I drew this recreation of how the game may have looked like from my memory:
- The game wasn't very good, mostly janky. I remember being stuck in the bridge from one of the levels being the only vivid memory I've from this game.
- It wasn't a modified Tux Kart game nor a licensed shovelware game, I'm 100% sure.
- I don't know if I can consider it really a kart game or even racing! There was no laps like a regular racing game; you had to get to the finish line at the end of the map.
- I weirdly remember something to do with palm trees and POSSIBLY nutcrackers for some reason (?)
