Metallica's 1991 concert in Moscow, just to see the crazy 1,000,000+ person crowd that was there.
Also, any of the Monsters Of Rock shows from the 1980s. To be able to see artists like The Scorpions, Ozzy Osbourne, Motley Crue, and Slayer in their absolute primes would have been awesome.

I've mentioned this before, but the live performance that Jackson C Frank held in London back in 1966. It's one of the few instances of him performing live that I'm aware of and to date, was the only known show he did that was filmed and is mostly lost now.
Beyond that, really any show that Buck-Tick has done - even from the 35th anniversary tour they were doing last year before their front man unexpectedly died hours after one of their shows started. I know the band will still continue on with him there in spirit, but my odds of ever seeing them live is getting narrow since they rarely play outside Japan.
