I've been wanting to do an actual Wiki page for this game but apparently there isn't "enough" information to initiate a search on it, so now I'm putting it here.
So there's this spinoff game from the Star Ocean series called "Star Ocean: Material Trader" for iOS and Android, it's basically just the crafting system from the series but expanded into a card game. There's apparently no footage whatsoever so I only have screenshots to go off of from the announcement pages (links below). It was released in 2013 and was shut down in 2014 because of Square Enix ending their mobile services. Now most of the information I could find on it was in Japanese, I did reach out to a translator but they seemed to have ghosted me, oh well.
