So I was making a tier list of Disney cartoon theme songs when I remembered how Bonkers' slaps so hard.
I look it up on the Disney Wiki, and apparently there was an unreleased extended version of it!
They have (supposed) lyrics transcribed on the page. They also claim that it was occasionally used for airings of episode 60, "Comeback Kid".
But both of these claims are unsourced. Soooo...

I'd imagine this could be found on recordings of the show's original Disney Channel run.
Or possibly as a promo beforehand (remember, they don't do commercials!)

That's a shame, a friend of mine from school actually had a DVD recording from S1 EP40:"Comeback Kid" with this intro on it, but Disney went to his house for some reason and took it, they took it right before I could capture it and put it on YouTube, this theme was used for special occasions, despite being a Season 1 episode, it only used clips from Season 2 and the Compilation episodes.

it wasn't bad. though the key temp did change to E Major starting with "Ready for some big surprises", I also remember seeing it

yes, the series actually ran for 2 seasons, the lucky episodes are season 1, miranda's are season 2

..Okay, jokes aside, I do really want to hear the full version, I always liked Bonkers. There's a fanmade extended version on YouTube, and one of the commenters, Mallory16, talks about it.

It's a shame. I actually HAD this theme on tape, until Hurricane Katrina came. Destroyed before a time when I could have easily put it online. This theme was used four times from 1995-1996, with the episode "Comeback Kid." Oddly enough not a Miranda episode, despite that the theme only used clips from the Miranda (and compilation) episodes.

It's not bad, though the theme changed from D major to E major starting with "Ready for some big surprises." In fairness, I'm possibly the only person who remembers the theme well enough to remember that XD

The extended theme was used on those four dates. Unfortunately I had a VHS recording of the theme (from the May 31 airing), but it, along with almost everything I owned, was destroyed in 2005. Never got the chance to upload it.

I mean, take it with a grain of salt obviously, but it's good to have something more to go off of.

It would've been airing on The Disney Afternoon, I think. At least that's what Wikipedia says..

Isn't the whole show on Disney+ now? I'm not able to check myself if they have the version that has it on there, sadly.
