That, and the fact Disney did the most weirdest thing with their Disney Channel series as of late. Disney does hour-long premiere blocks for their shows. Usually, this happens with a series premiere event where they can show a "hour-long series premiere event" where sometimes, we get 2 episodes back-to-back. However, since the advent of Disney Plus, newer series and seasons, as of late, would drop on to D+ a day after the Disney Channel/Disney XD premiere, leading to most of the newer shows and some seasons made after 2021 to burn off 2 episodes per week in a hour format. "Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur" was like this with most of season 1 and currently all of season 2 (for now) unfortunately. And not just that series. A majority of "Hamster and Gretal" season 1 was like this, and now, so does season 2. Most of "Hailey's on it!" was just burn off premieres. "Monsters at Work", considering it's a Disney Plus series for the first season, ends up being burned off in it's second season. Ditto that to "The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder" and "Chip and Dale: Park Life" despite both premiering first on Disney Plus in 2021, can still apply for these 2 shows. "Kiff" was burned off like this, "Zombies: The Re-Animated Series" was burned off like this, and even the infamous "Primos" is currently getting burned off like this. Not even their live action shows can save themselves from the terrible burn offs, as "Ultra Violet and Black Scorpion", "Villains of Valley View", "Saturdays", "Pretty Freekin' Scary" and even the last half of "Bunk'd" were taking affect of this. "StuGo" might even burn off 2 episodes an hour per week as well now that I think about it. Now, this isn't a problem with "Big City Greens" and "Amphibia", as both series had daily premieres during the Summer of 2018 and 2019 respectively. It was just that Matt Braly disliked the fact that Disney burn off premieres of "Amiphibia" on a daily basis during that Summer, as the series was supposed to be serial and should be shown weekly. 

Now I'm fearing that "Phineas and Ferb" season 5 and "Wizards Beyond Waverly Place" will also have back-to-back premieres per week as well, especially with the latter being more serial than the former.

I have no recollection of Journey to the center of the Earth coming out in 2008. It’s the kind of movie that would appeal to me, so I’m not sure why this totally slipped under my radar. I never heard of it until the sequel came out in 2012.
