Sitcom that parodied Pokemon 1999 (s)

I remember seeing a sitcom (either on ABC, NBC, or CBS) that did a Pokémon parody where some characters were dressed as Team Rocket in an office. Like they showed up to work dressed like that. There probably was somebody else dressed as Ash but I don’t remember that. This would have been in 1999 or 2000.

I know it was a prime time show and not anything like SNL. I mostly remember it because my dad was watching it (like it was a show he normally watched) and then he called me into the living room to see the Pokemon parody. Maybe  it was just a fever dream? Ha ha
