Chinese version of Sesame Street around 1998-2001

Hi in hopes this reaches anyone there is a Chinese coproduction of Sesame Street called “zhima jie” that aired from 1998-2001 and stars a “da niao” which is big birds cousin “hu hu zhu” a blue pig and “xiao mei zei” a red female monster like Elmo!
